Pequenos Rebentos Ancestral is a sparkling wine from the Vinho Verde region, with fresh aromas, full of complementary citrus notes, dried fruits and bread toast. It is a brut sparkling wine, dry, with a crunchy acidity and notes of lime and mint, which stands out for its fine and delicate bubble.
Winemaking:
Pequenos Rebentos Ancestral Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to ancestral methods with Loureiro white grape's varieties in the region of Vinho Verde. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and bottled prior to the end of the fermentation process, at controlled temperatures. It has aged into the bottle for 12 months.

Pequenos Rebentos Ancestral is a brut sparkling wine, of enormous aromatic exuberance, with fresh citrus aromas, such as lime and grapefruit, with notes of dried fruits, notes of toasted bread and noble yeasts. It is a fresh sparkling wine, with lively and crunchy acidity, with a slight note of tropical fruit along with an enveloping mousse, delicate and full of freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
