Casal de Ventozela Escolha is a fresh Vinho Verde with fantastic citric hints, a wonderful acidity, and a very good structure. It resplends aromas of white fruits, such as green apples, lemons, and limes, and has a mineral ending.
Winemaking:
Casal de Ventozela Escolha is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde region, with white grapes of Loureiro, Trajadura, and Pedernã. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine remains for 9 months in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.
