Winemaking:
This White Green Wine, Quinta do Ameal Loureiro Escolha, was produced exclusively from the Loureiro grape variety of the Rio Lima Valley Region, one of the most renowned Vinho Verde production regions. After harvesting, complete destemming followed a slight skin maceration. Clarification was done under low temperatures. Fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures 14-22 ° C. This White Green Wine, aged in barrels used of French oak, for 6 months, on fine lees with a regular batonnage, giving rise to this Quinta do Ameal Escolha, Vinho Verde Branco.

Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15 °C. Serve at a temperature between 8 - 10 ºC.
