Winemaking:
Produced from old vines. Method of fermentation is 50% with maceration and 50% without pellicular maceration in closed stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18ºC to 20ºC. Maturation of 60% in old wood vats and 40% in stainless steel tanks. The age batch of wines as an average of 2-3 years.

Gouveio, Rabigato, Códega, Malvasia Fina.
