António Maçanita Alicante Branco Chão dos Eremitas is a white wine produced with white grapes of Alicante Branco, an autochthonous variety from the Alentejo Region. After the pressing process, the musts have rested for 48 hours to clear. 60% of the batch has fermented, at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel vats and the rest in oak tanks. After the fermentation process, the wine has stayed in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees, without regular stirring, for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

António Maçanita Alicante Branco Chão dos Eremitas is an extraordinarily aromatic white wine with flavours rich in citrus and white fruits. It is velvety, complex, mineral and rich in citrus aromas.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
