Beyra Altitude Riesling is an intense, fresh and immensely aromatic white wine. It projects floral notes, several citrus fruit aromas such as lime, passion fruit, and apricot and it has a silky texture. It ends on an extraordinary balance between its great freshness and acidity.
Winemaking:
Beyra Altitude Riesling is a white wine produced with white grapes of Riesling grown in the Beira Interior wine Region. After the pressing process, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. After the fermentation process, the wine has stayed in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees, where it has been subjected to a regular stirring for 4 months, prior to being bottled. The wine has maturated for further 5 months into the bottle.

Beyra Altitude Riesling is a fragrant, floral and complex white wine. It presents outstanding and delicious notes of ripe citrus, it perfectly combines its great aromatic intensity, balanced acidity, salinity, and lasting freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
