Boina is a white wine produced from a blend of autochthonous white grape varieties of Rabigato, Viosinho, Siria, and Códega do Larinho from the Trás os Montes wine region The grapes were de-stemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats, where they have been fermented at a controlled temperature for 7 days. The wine has stayed in stainless steel barrels, in contact with fine lees, where it has been subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Boina is an elegant, clear white wine from the Trás os Montes wine region, with aromas of citrus fruits, soft notes of white-skinned fruits such as green apple and ripe pear. It is a white wine with a silky structure, very elegant acidity and that expresses an intense freshness involved in notes of tropical fruits.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
Quinta do Gradil Sauvignon Blanc Arinto is a white wine from the region of Lisbon with a very aromatic profile, fruity notes, yellow fruits and citrus fruits and with residual notes of fresh asparagus. It has a well-defined acidity together with a delicious minerality.
Vinha D'Ervideira Colheita Selecionada is a very elegant, long and persistent white wine with a tropical prevalence in its aromas. It presents notes of quince jam and very smooth citric nuances. It is a complex, mineral, fresh white wine with very balanced acidity.
Grande Druida is an extraordinary and elegant white wine from the Dão wine region. With sublime and precise aromas, with notes of silex, fresh citrus, dry vegetable. It is velvety, creamy, with distinctive vibrant citrus acidity.
Floral and fruity aroma with notes of orange blossom and pineapple and citrus fruits. Good acidity and an elegant structure, producing a long and fresh aftertaste.
Ameal Reserva is a white wine from the Vinho Verde Region that is structured, complex and velvety in texture. It expresses a citrus bouquet and aromas of white-peeled roasted fruit, nuances of vanilla, floral fragrances and very well-tuned acidity.
Carvalhas is a white wine from one of the oldest houses in the Douro region, the Real Companhia Velha. It features notes of exotic fruits and vanilla and a small toasted note from the wood stage. In the mouth, it is elegant and full-bodied with a present and balanced acidity.
