Quinta da Carolina is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes of Malvasia, Viosinho, and Rabigato. After a short period of maceration, the wine has fermented at controlled temperatures. It has stayed 5 months in contact with fine lees and it was submitted a regular stirring in stainless steel tanks, prior to being decantated, filtrated, and bottled.

Quinta da Carolina is a fresh and elegant white wine from the Douro Region, which exudes intense and complex floral aromas with a silky and mineral structure. It presents fantastic aromas nuances of ripe citrus, aromas of tropical fruits, and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Citrus color with greenish nuances. It is a wine of great aromatic intensity, where citrus aromas predominate. In the mouth it is very fresh with mineral nuances. It is a very elegant and balanced wine.
Alento is a very elegant and fresh white wine from the Alentejo wine region, which presents citrus aromas and floral perfumes. It expresses a smooth and fresh structure, notes of white fruits, mineral nuances and very balanced acidity.
Quinta Vale do Bragão is a white Douro wine that expresses all the mineral, rustic and fruity character of the region's white wines. It is a wine that has an open aromatic bouquet, predominating the notes of whitebark fruits such as pear, apple, fragrance of mature peaches, ending in an acidity tempered by almond notes.
