Castello D'Alba Viosinho is an elegant and markedly citrus white wine from the Douro wine region. It is a delicate white wine with soft floral aromas, mineral notes, a soft touch of vanilla and fantastic citrus acidity.
Winemaking:
Castello D'Alba Viosinho is a white wine produced with white grapes of Viosinho from the Douro wine region. After a gentle crushed and a total destemming of the grapes, the musts were transferred to stainless steel tanks where it has occurred the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. Then the wine has stayed in stainless steel tanks and in the lasts, 2 months the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels where it has stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being decanted, filtrated and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Castello D'Alba Viosinho is a very aromatic, citrus white wine with delicate floral notes. It is a very elegant, structured white wine, with a velvety body and soft balsamic notes. It is fresh, mineral and with vibrant citrus acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
