Caves São João Lote Especial is an elegant, velvety white wine with delicate aromas. It exhibits soft aromas of tropical fruits, floral fragrances, and orange peel. It is fresh, mineral, and with a polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Caves São João Lote Especial is a white wine produced in the Bairrada wine region with white grapes of Maria Gomes, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was subjected to a short maceration and transferred to stainless steel tanks where it took place the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to stainless steel barrels, where it has been in contact with fine lees and where it has been subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Caves São João Lote Especial is an extraordinary white wine with delicate aromas and mineral nuances. It presents aromas of tropical fruits, white peel fruits, floral and citrus aromas. It is a fresh, velvety wine and has very mild citric acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
