Chocapalha Reserva is a white wine produced in the Lisboa region with white Chardonnay and Arinto grapes. After a long maceration stage, the wine fermented at a controlled temperature in French oak barrels for 18 days. After fermentation, the wine aged for 9 months in the same barrels in contact with fine lees and "battonage".

Chocapalha Reserva is a white wine from the Lisboa region that presents us with a very balanced nose, notes of pear, mango, apple, tropical fruits, and mineral touches. In the mouth it is elegant and balanced, with an engaging acidity and a long and promising finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
