Cortes de Cima Sauvignon Blanc is a perfumed white wine from the Alentejo. With a mature tropical style, it features a crunchy character, full of citrus fruits balanced by the apricot aromas, ripe mango flavours and a refreshing acidity.
Winemaking:
Cortes de Cima Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine produced with Sauvignon Blanc white grapes, from the region of the Alentejo. After the fermentation process, the wine stayed 15 days in contact with fine lees, subjected to a regular stirring, and further 9 months, in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
