Winemaking:
Crasto white wine was produced from traditional white grape varieties from Douro as Gouveio, Roupeiro, Rabigato. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats where they were fermented at a controlled temperature for 45 days. After the fermentation, the wine aged in stainless steel vats before the stabilization, filtration, and bottling.

Crasto is a fresh and fruity white wine with an attractive creamy texture that gives an extraordinary balance among lightness and the freshness at the ending.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
Citrus yellow color. Powerful fragrances and great aromatic intensity of the Alvarinho variety. Full-bodied and dense, with slight presence of ripe tannins. It finishes dry with bitter nobles typical of the caste.
Quinta da Pacheca Superior is a white wine with an exotic aromatic intensity, showing aromas of tropical fruits, citrus nuances and floral notes. It presents a velvety texture, dry and mineral profile and very balanced acidity.
Herdade Grande Roupeiro Vinhas Velhas is a white wine from Alentejo that presents great aromatic complexity, with an expressive minerality, citrus notes and floral nuances. It presents soft balsamic hints, delicious tropical fruits aromas, combined with a very elegant and delicate acidity.
Quinta do Vallado Prima is a dry white wine from the Douro region with intense floral scents along with a mineral acidity. It's a fruity wine with aromas of ripe citrus and tropical fruits notes as lychees and mango. The wine has a dry character, although is rich with intense fruit fragrances.

Pico Wines Arinto dos Açores is a white wine with tropical aromas from the wine region of the Azores. It presents aromas of passion fruit from the Azores, lime, pineapple, and characteristic mineral notes such as salinity and iodine. It finishes fresh, and complex, with soft nuances of delicious vanilla, and remarkable acidity.
