Dalva Metamorfose Grande Reserva is an extremely complex, full-bodied, and intensely aromatic white wine. It presents a citric and crystalline colour, soft balsamic aromas, and expressive fresh and citrus notes. It is an extraordinary white wine, displaying delicious notes of vanilla, velvety texture, mineral notes, and balanced and citrus acidity.
Winemaking:
Dalva Metamorfose Grande Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes from Malvasia Fina and Viosinho from the Douro wine region. After the pressing process, the wine fermented in French oak vats at controlled temperatures where it remained for 24 months, in contact with fine lees. In the last 6 months, the wine was subjected to regular stirring for 6 months, before being mixed, decanted, filtered and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
