Equinócio is an intense and deep white wine, with a wide and complex aromatic spectrum. It presents delicate aromas of citrus fruits, notes of white fruits, velvety and round structure and wonderful balsamic notes. It is a plump, creamy white wine with delicate and elegant acidity.

Winemaking:
Equinócio is a white wine produced with white grapes of old vines of the Alentejo wine region. After the pressing process, the musts have rested for 48 hours to clear. The wine has fermented, at a controlled temperature, in used's French oak vats. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels where it has stayed, for 11 months, in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Equinócio is an intensely complex and structured white wine from the Alentejo wine region. It is a white wine with delicate citrus notes, balsamic nuances, white fruit aromas and well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Covela Escolha is an extraordinarily elegant white wine produced in the wine region of Vinhos Verdes. Bright citrus color, it presents intense aromas of citrus fruits, velvety and silky texture with fantastic mineral load and clean and vibrant acidity.
Quinta do Corujão M.O.B. Lote 3 is a white wine from the Dão region, intense and complex. Of great aromatic intensity, it is a white wine of mineral character and of torn aromas to white fruits along with an extraordinary acidity.
Dona Graça Donzelinho is an aromatic, complex, and exuberant white wine from the Douro wine region. It presents a bright citrus colour, aromas of citric fruits, and floral fragrances. With velvety texture, it highlighted mineral notes and very well defined acidity.
Quinta do Regueiro Barricas is a complex, enveloping Vinho Verde that features soft mecadamic notes, citrus nuances and exotic fruit notes. It is a white wine produced only from the Alvarinho variety, unctuous and velvety, with a delicate aromatic nature and very elegant acidity.
Casa de Compostela is a white wine produced in the wine region of Vinhos Verdes using Sauvignon Blanc. The result is a white wine with tropical aromas, citrus notes, and very fresh.
Monte da Peceguina Antão Vaz is a fresh, fruity and impressively citric white wine from the Alentejo region. It features an open floral bouquet, shared with aromas of white-bark fruits, ripe citrus fruits, mineral notes and elegant acidity.
