Fagote Reserva is a white wine from the Douro region that presents a mineral profile with young aromas of citrus fruits and tropical fruits. In the mouth is very fresh, with a present acidity that conveys freshness and personality.
Winemaking:
Fagote Reserva is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes from Malvasia Fina, Rabigato and Viosinho. After a short period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, it remained for 6 months in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, being later decanted, filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Fagote Reserva, is a very mineral and intense white wine, with an expressive aroma. It presents a clean color with notes of tropical and citrus fruits and floral aromas. It reveals a round and fresh body, with an extraordinary acidity and good volume of mouth.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
