Giroflé is a fresh, mineral and markedly citrus white wine from the Douro region. It presents aromas of citrus, such as lime and mandarin, tropical nuances of passion fruit and lychees, together with balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Giroflé is a white wine produced with white grapes of Viosinho, Rabigato, and Malvasia Fina of the Douro wine region. After a gentle crushed and a total destemming of the grapes, the musts were transferred to stainless steel tanks where it has occurred the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. Then the wine has stayed in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring, for 9 months, prior to being bottled.

Viosinho, Rabigato, Malvasia Fina.

Giroflé is an elegant, delicate and aromatic white wine from the Douro region. It is a balanced white wine with citrus aromas, with tropical nuances, good mineral notes and surrounding acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
