Herdade Aldeia de Cima Reserva is a silky and velvety white wine that presents dry notes of dried fruits and ripe citrus fruits, such as orange and tangerine, in its aromatic bouquet. There are also predominant notes of ripe white fruits, floral perfumes, combined notes of wet graphite and sharp acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade Aldeia de Cima Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto, Alvarinho, and Antão Vaz of the Alentejo wine region. After a long period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation, the wine has been transferred to new's French oak barrels and used's barrels, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees for 9 months, where it has been subjected to regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
