After manual harvest and the manual selection of the grapes, they were slightly crushed, subjected to a thermal shock and a light press. The wort was transferred to French and Hungarian open casks at 14ºC, for 3 weeks. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to new French oak's barrels, for 7 months, where he has maturated in contact with the fine lees. It was subjected to a regular Bâtonnage. Before bottling the wine was stabilized in the cold and filtered.
