Kaputt Laranja is an elegant, complex and intensely aromatic white wine from the Douro Wine region. It exhibits tropical and ripe citrus fruit aromas, such as apricots, orange and peaches. It is expressed himself by complex aromas, with some greasiness, a lot of freshness and crispy acidity.
Winemaking:
Kaputt Laranja is a white wine produced from the fermentation of musts in contact with the skins and stalks, in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, for 28 days. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it remained for 30 months before being mixed with other lots of white wines produced under the same conditions, from previous harvests.
Grape Varieties:
Blend of different white wines from the properties of Barão de Vilar.
Tasting Notes:
Kaputt Laranja is a complex and intensely aromatic white wine. It presents delicious balsamic notes together with aromas of tropical fruits, very ripe citrus and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
