For the production of this white wine from the region of Dão, Meia Encosta White Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the films. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The different varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C for a period of approximately 20 days. After 4 months of aging in stainless steel vats in contact with fine lees, the wine was bottled.

Malvasia-Fina, Encruzado, Bical e Fernão-Pires.
Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
Borges Reserva is a complex and vigorous white wine from the Douro region that presents a clear, straw yellow colour. It presents exotic aromas of citrus fruits and tropical nuances, such as grapefruit, lime, and mango, showing complexity and silky texture. It is a wine that develops a sublime greasiness and aromas of vanilla together with citrus acidity.
Straw color. Very fresh and complex, with citrus, with slight floral notes and with a very strong minerality, characteristic note of the white wines of the Douro Valley. A wine full of freshness at its end.
Cleaned and citrus colored. Floral fragrances with orange blossom combined with fruity and vanilla aromas, enveloping and balanced, characteristic of the very mature grapes of the Loureiro variety. Very well structured, soft taste, with some freshness and a very fruity and persistent finish
Quinta dos Avidagos Reserva is a very elegant, voluptuous, rich white wine with great freshness in its aromas. Produced in the Douro region, it has a velvety structure, with hints of citrus and tropical fruits along with nuances of vanilla and very balanced acidity.
Quinta do Carmo Reserva is an aromatic white wine dominated by aromas of tropical fruits, floral fragrances and citric nuances of the Alentejo region. Of elegant texture, it presents unctuousness and density, along with good mineral notes and good acidity.
Duas Quintas White Wine has a citrine colour with good aromatic intensity. Dominated by acacia flowers and ripe fruit flavours, especially peach and pear with hints of spices. In the mouth, it comes with breadth, has a lot of freshness and citrus flavours appear. Flavourful and persistent.
