Ontem it is a white wine produced by the Portuguese oenologist Rita Marques of Conceito Wines, rediscovering the centuries-old vineyards of a Portuguese village in the South of the Douro region bordering the Dão region, treated them by its last 200, elderlies, inhabitants. After a 5 days fermentation process, at controlled temperatures, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months and subjected to a regular stirring, prior to stabilization, filtration, decantation, and bottling.
Grape Varieties:
Rabigato, Verdelho, Síria, Dona Branca and Encruzado from Centenary-old vines of Aveloso Village in a non-demarcated Douro Region.

Ontem is a fantastic white wine from the Douro region loaded with minerality notes, a freshness character, and citric fruit aromas.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.

Quinta do Gradil Reserva is a complex white wine of the region of Lisbon that presents an elegant aromatic structure, intense notes of citrus, subtle notes of good wood, creaminess and a very well balanced acidity.
Very fresh and mineral aroma, citrus and floral hints very typical of high-altitude Douro white wines. Fresh on the palate, vibrant and fruity with medium finish.
Conde Ervideira Vinha da Agua is a structured white wine that has the peculiarity of being maturated for 6 months, 30 meters deep in the waters of the Alqueva dam, in the Alentejo. It is a singular wine of great freshness and full of aromas of ripe white fruits, notes of citrus fruits and subtle touches of tropical fruits and an extremely balanced acidity.
