Pequenos Rebentos à Moda Antiga is an extraordinary white wine from the wine region of the Vinhos Verdes that presents intense citrus aromas, showing aromas of lemon and orange, aromatic herbs and spring flowers. It is a complex, unctuous, mineral and even saline white wine ending in acidity with outstanding citrus nuances and subtly tropical.
Winemaking:
Pequenos Rebentos à Moda Antiga is a white wine produced with 100%, white grapes of Alvarinho of the Vinho Verde wine region. After the destemming and gentle pressing process, the wort has macerated for 3 days, in contact with the grape's skins, in stainless steel tanks. After the maceration process, the wine has fermented at controlled temperatures prior to being transferred to used's French oak barrels where it has remained, for 9 months, in contact with the lees, prior to being decanted, filtrated and bottled.

Pequenos Rebentos à Moda Antiga is a complex white wine, rustic in purity and sophisticated in structure. It presents an orange colour, denouncing skin maceration and presents tropical and citrus aromas with a slight floral fragrance. It is fresh, mineral and unctuous ending in a delicious citrus acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
