Pormenor is a very elegant white wine, of great aromatic intensity. It is fruity, aromatically open, with aromas of citrus fruits, orchard fruit, and delicate floral aromas. It is a mineral white wine, with a silky texture and very well designed acidity.
Winemaking:
Pormenor is a white wine produced with white grapes of old vines of Rabigato, Malvasia Fina, and Códega do Larinho from the Douro wine region. After a gentle crushed and a total destemming of the grapes, the musts were transferred to stainless steel tanks where it has occurred the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. Then the wine has stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, during 4 months prior to being decanted, filtrated and bottled.

Old Vines of Rabigato, Malvasia Fina, Códega do Larinho.
Tasting Notes:
Pormenor is a white wine of great quality, fresh and mineral. It is predominantly citrus, with herbaceous nuances and delicate floral fragrances. It has a velvety texture, developing in delicious fruit notes and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
