For the production of this white wine from the Dão region, Quinta da Falorca Reserve, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the skins. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C for a period of approximately 29 days with 10% of the batch staged in French oak barrels for 2 months with regular battonage until bottled.

Cadão is an elegant, fruity and fresh white wine from the Douro wine region with an open bouquet of aromas, with a predominance of orchard fruits, young and fresh citrus fruits, and bergamot aromas. It presents a soft and velvety texture, depth and minerality and crunchy citric acidity.

Barbeito Verdelho is a white wine produced in the wine region of Madeira and has a great mineral structure and aromaticity with notes of subtropical fruits, and nuances of ripe whitebark fruits such as apricot, pear, orange blossom andslight toasted notes.
Tapada do Chaves is a fresh-faced white wine from Alentejo with a pale bright colour revealing peaches and citrines on his flavours, rounded by ripeness, although with an attractive tangy aftertaste.
Branco Vulcânico is an extraordinary white wine produced on the island of Pico in the wine region of the Azores. It presents an Atlantic character, with notes of saline, iodine, and sodium, along with aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and grapefruit. It is a fresh white wine, very mineral and saline with fantastic acidity.
