Quinta Nova Pomares Mocastel Galego Branco, is a fruity, tropical and juicy white wine from the Douro Valley with an intense aroma of ripe white fruit and white floral fragrances, well-balanced with a great acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta Nova Pomares Mocastel Galego Branco is a white wine produced only with Moscatel Galego Branco an indigenous white grape variety from the Douro region. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature and stayed for 9 months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.
