Sidónio de Sousa Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Bical, Cercial, and Maria Gomes of the Bairrada wine region. The wine was fermented in stainlees steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process the wine was trasnferred to stainless steel vats, where it has been in contact with fine lees, and subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Bical, Cercial, Maria Gomes.
Tasting Notes:
Sidónio de Sousa Reserva is an incredibly gastronomic, citrus, elegant and highly aromatic white wine. It is fresh and mineral with floral nuances and aromas of citrus fruits, together with well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
Marquês de Borba is a lush and elegant white wine from the Alentejo region. With a firm and solid structure, it presents striking aromas of citrus fruits, floral fragrances and a good acidity.
Light yellow color. Complex aromas of the Alvarinho variety with discreet notes of quality wood. Very structured, with good acidity and long. Predominantly mineral, with Alvarinho's own grapefruit notes.
Clean appearance and very citric color. Aromas of lemon and limes. Very fresh and delicate. On the mouth it's quite persistent.
Herdade dos Grous Reserva white wine is rich, ripe, full and round in character. It has spice from wood ageing as well as almost-sweet yellow fruits. It has an enthusiastic pineapple acidity that gives an extraordinary balance to this powerful white wine.
Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Encruzado is an intense and complex white wine from the Dão region. It presents notes of dried apricot, vanilla, and toast. In the mouth, it is complex and elegant, with a very involving acidity and a long and persistent finish.
Passadouro is a mineral and aromatic white wine from the Douro region, with a light and very consistent structure, fully of citric fruit aromas, notes of minerality and a very well poised acidity.
