Taboadella Encruzado Reserva is a velvety, elegant and exuberant white wine from the Dão wine region. It is intensely aromatic, with intense aromas of whitebark fruits and citrus nuances. It is a mineral and fresh white wine, with a very balanced structure, with subtle balsamic aromas and reveals some oiliness and citric acidity.
Winemaking:
Taboadella Encruzado Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Encruzado from the Dao wine region. After the pressing process, the wine fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then, 50% of the batch has transferred to news French oak barrels, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to a regular stirring for 8 months, and the rest has stayed in stainless steel vats, prior to being decanted, filtered and bottled.

Taboadella Encruzado Reserva is an elegant, full-bodied and velvety white wine. It is a white wine with intense aromas of whitebark fruit, and citrus nuances with slightly balsamic aromas, silky texture, and wonderful citrus and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
