Tavedo is a fresh, mineral white wine from the Douro region of the Burmester house. It is a white wine with lots of aromatic intensity, sharp mineral notes, and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Tavedo is a white wine produced in the Douro region with autochthonous white grapes as Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Rabigato, Folgazão, and Cerceal. After a quick maceration stage, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature, and it has stayed for 9 months, in contact of fine lees, subjected to a regular stirring, in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Tavedo is a young, fruity white wine from the Douro Region and is characterized a fruity and open aromatic core, predominantly whitebark fruit scents, such as peaches, apples and pear, almond blossom nuances and a clean and well-balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
