Zom Reserva is a fresh and citric white wine which presents a bright yellow-citrus colour, intense and poised aromatic bouquet, predominantling citric with hints of wood. It ends fresh, vibrant with great acidity.
Winemaking:
Zom Reserva is a white wine produced with autochthones white grapes of Arinto, Rabigato, and Viosinho in the Douro wine Region. After a short period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation, the wine has been transferred, for 9 months, to second passage's French oak barrels, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees and subjected to a regular stirring, and a small parcel has stayed in stainless steel vats prior to being filtrated, decanted, blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Zom Reserva is a fine and citric white wine from the Douro wine region that presents an intense and mineral structure, whitebark fruit aromas and subtle hints of wood. It ends with long and persistent freshness and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
