Domaines Ott Clos Mireille is one fantastic experience in the world of the Rosé Wines from the Côtes de Provence region. This wine features wild fruit aromas for all over its structure, a citric minerality, elegant aromas of raspberries, red currants and a subtle orange peel perfume. It is a fine rosé wine, delicious with a smooth and Mediterranean acidity.
Winemaking:
Domaines Ott Clos Mireille is a rosé wine produced from red grapes of the Côtes de Provence region such as Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Grenache. After a directly pressed the wine is subjected to a rigorous settling and then the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures. The wine stays in stainless steel tanks, prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.
