This ALLO, is a white wine, elegant, vibrant and precise, with an odd balance due to the aromatic profile, the freshness and the moderately low alcohol content of 11.Cº Vol.
Winemaking:
The grapes, from the Alvarinho and Loureiro grape varieties, were manually collected in small capacity boxes. After pressing, the wort obtained was decanted for 48 hours. Thereafter the fermentation took place at controlled temperature, using yeasts pre-selected for the purpose. The bottling took place after the stabilization of the wine, followed by a bottle stage.
