Winemaking:
The grapes exclusively from the Alvarinho grape variety for this batch are from the Region of Monção and Melgaço, coming from a single plot, which produces a wine that reveals the most pure and original Alvarinho variety. After the selected harvest, the grapes were destemmed and very softly pressed. Cold clarification followed for a long period. The fermentation occurred in new French oak barrels succeeding a stage for 9 months with regular batonnage, on total lees before filtering and bottling.
