Impossivel Brut Nature is a sparkling wine of great aromatic complexity and a very elegant profile. Exhibiting an aromatic bouquet where tropical fruit is prominent, it presents notes of pastry and fresh bread with floral fragrances enhanced by a very fine bubble, passion fruit mousse, and dazzling acidity.
Winemaking:
Impossivel Brut Nature is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grape varieties of Alvarinho, and Loureiro from the Vinhos Verdes wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it stayed for 4 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation, the sparkling wine aged for 12 months in the cellar.

Impossivel Brut Nature is an elegant, fresh sparkling wine with a fine and complex aromatic profile. It displays aromas of exotic fruits, notes of pastry and fresh bread, with vegetal notes of fresh herbs. The texture is crisp, with fine bubbles, with passion fruit mousse standing out and a penetrating and delicious acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
