Citrus yellow color with fine, persistent bubble. The aroma reveals the fruit of the Alvarinho variety, ripe citrus fruits and some tropical fruits, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol. The flavor has persistence and complexity.
Winemaking:
The elaboration of a sparkling wine from the Alvarinho grape variety demands a careful selection of the grapes. The wort resulting from this selection was fermented at controlled temperature, obtaining the base wine for sparkling wine. This wine suffered, already bottled, the second fermentation. It remained in the cellars, at a constant and low temperature for several months allowing this Sparkling Wine, Soalheiro Brut Alvarinho, to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho variety. After this stage of fermentation and aged in bottle, Degorgement was carried out, which allowed the elimination of the existing yeasts in the bottle and the replacement of the provisional metal capsule with the definitive stopper typical of the sparkling wine.
