Raposeira Super Reserva is a red sparkling wine from the wine region of the Douro that features notes of ripe and intense wild red fruits, highlighted by a subtle mousse and fine bubble, and nuances of yeast and toasted bread. It finishes with a very elegant finish and a very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Raposeira Super Reserva is a red sparkling wine produced with Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca, autochtonous red grape varieties from the Douro wine region. This red sparkling wine was produced by traditional processes of vinification and it has maturated in the bottle for 36 months prior to the degorgement and prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Raposeira Super Reserva is a very elegant red sparkling wine with notes of ripe red fruits, mineral notes and nuances of light yeast and toasted bread notes. It stands out for the soft and soft mousse, fine bubble and an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep in a cool place. Serve at a temperature between 6ºC and 8ºC.
