Paços dos Infantes Reserva Rosé is a sparkling wine that presents subtle and delicate floral aromas with notes of wild berries, highlighting notes of wild strawberries and raspberries and nuances of toasted bread. It presents extraordinary creaminess, velvety texture and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Paços dos Infantes Reserva is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with red grape varieties of Touriga Nacional and Baga planted in the Alentejo wine region. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it stayed for 24 months in contact with fine lees. It's aged in the bottle for 12 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Paços dos Infantes Reserva Rosé is an extraordinarily refreshing sparkling wine, lively and with a velvety texture. It has expressive aromas of wild berries, highlighting aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries, with notes of toasted bread, delicate floral aromas and ending in a disconcerting and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
