Convés is a fantastic rosé sparkling wine, velvety, aromatically delicate and structurally it presents a very fine bubble full of aromas of red wild berries. It presents aromas of raspberry mousse, notes of cassis, nuances of lychees and a pair of great freshness and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Convés Rosé is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with red grape varieties of Touriga Nacional and Baga planted in the Alentejo wine region. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it stayed for 18 months in contact with fine lees. It's aged in the bottle for 18 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Tasting Notes:
Convés is a fine, elegant and very balanced rosé sparkling wine. It has aromas of wild red fruits, raspberry mousse and aromas of ripe cherry. It is a fresh, mineral sparkling wine with a very fine bubble and very polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
