Filipa Pato 3B is a fresh, very aromatic and very elegant Rosé sparkling wine from the Bairrada region. It has a very fine and very soft bubble, intense notes of wild red fruits, raspberry notes, wild strawberries, aromas of toasted bread, and light notes of citrus notes. It finishes in a persistent mousse and very expressive acidity.
Winemaking:
Filipa Pato 3B Rosé is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with Baga and Bical autochthonous red grape varieties from the wine region of Bairrada. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it stayed for 6 months. It's aged in the bottle for 12 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Filipa Pato 3B is a refreshing, aromatic Rosé sparkling wine with a fine, elegant bouquet and fine, soft bubble from the Bairrada region. It has notes of very soft wild fruits, along with fantastic acidity and a velvety mousse and with a touch of citrus aroma.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
