Messias Baga is a sparkling wine that has a salmon color, with intense pink nuances. It presents aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry foam and notes of arbutus. It has a fine bubble, creamy texture and delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Messias Baga it's a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method using Baga, an autochthones red grape variety from the Bairrrada wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process, the wine stayed for 4 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation, the sparkling wine aged for 18 months in the cellar.

Messias Baga is a sparkling rosé wine that has a fantastic salmon pink color, accompanied by delicate aromas of wild red fruits. Dominated by notes of raspberry, it has a floral core, with a fine bubble and crispy foam. It is a fresh, creamy rosé sparkling wine with delicate acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
