Azul Portugal Bairrada Rosé is a wonderful sparkling wine from the region of Bairrada, Portugal, with intense aromas of wild fruits, raspberries, strawberries and fragrances of ripe red cherries. It's elegant and complex, full of freshness with toasty notes, a persistent mousse and a fine bubble.
Winemaking:
Azul Portugal Bairrada Rosé is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with Baga red grapes variety from the region of Bairrada. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it stayed for 6 months. It's aged in the bottle for 18 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
