Luis Pato Maria Gomes Brut is an elegant and aromatic sparkling wine of the Bairrada wine region which features a fine and persistent bubble and an open aromatic bouquet. It presents delicious ripe whitebark fruit aromas, notes of roasted almonds, bread toast and nuances of fresh yeast. In the mouth, it is fresh, citric and with great acidity.
Winemaking:
Luis Pato Maria Gomes Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with autochthonous white grape varieties of Maria Gomes and a small portion of Sercialinho from the region of Bairrada. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented, separately, at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it has stayed for 6 months. It has been aged in the bottle for 12 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Luis Pato Maria Gomes Brut is an intensely fruity sparkling wine from the wine region of Bairrada. From expressive aromas to whitebark fruits, it features tropical fruit scents and citrus nuances, notes of toasted bread, fresh yeast, a delicate mousse alongside fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
