Terras do Demos Brut is an intense red sparkling wine with strong aromas and red fruits, notes of yeast and toasted bread. It has a dry profile, a soft mousse, and a great acidity.
Winemaking:
Terras do Demos Brut is a red sparkling wine, produced with red grapes of Touriga Franca from the Douro Region. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperatures. The second fermentation has occurred into the first year into the bottle and the sparkling maturated further 2 years in the cellar.
