Messias Brut is a red sparkling wine that reveals a combination of sweet ripe fruit flavours with subtle touches of fresh yeasts. It has a creamy mousse, plenty of freshness from the wild berries aromas and an extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Messias Brut Red is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with Baga and Touriga Nacional red grapes from the region of Bairrada. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It stays in the bottle for 2 years in the cellar, after the second fermentation.
