Quinta dos Castelares is a fine and delicate rosé sparkling wine. It presents an aromatic bouquet with notes of white fruit, highlighting aromas of pear and apple along with notes of blueberries and raspberry. It is a sparkling rosé wine that displays a very elegant and balanced profile, with enveloping mousse, fine bubbles and vibrant acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta dos Castelares is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grape varieties of Pinot Noir planted in the Douro wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed for 12 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation, the sparkling wine aged for 12 months in the cellar.

Quinta dos Castelares is a rosé sparkling wine of enormous aromatic delicacy, displaying notable notes of orchard fruits, notes of raspberry and blueberry. With a fine and persistent bubble, its bouquet of aromas contains wild strawberry mousse, nuances of toasted bread and enveloping acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
