Casal Garcia Sparkling wine Rose it's a very expressive Portuguese sparkling wine with hints of red berries, wild strawberries, and ripe fruit notes. It features a delicate mousse with an incredible freshness.
Winemaking:
Casal Garcia is a Portuguese Rosé Sparkling Wine, produced according to the Champenoise method and the batch is composed of red grapes from the Vinho Verde Region as Vinhão, Borraçal, Azal Tinto. The wine is pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel vat and it ages in bottle for 2 years in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Vinhão, Borraçal, Azal Tinto.
Tasting Notes:
Casal Garcia is a rosé sparkling wine that has a refreshing character, is an elegant and intense Portuguese sparkling wine with delicious red berries and a super refined bubble.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
