Herdade do Rocim Brut Natura Rosé is a sparkling wine of great quality, fresh and aromatically rich. It presents aromas of young red wild berries, such as raspberries and wild strawberries, together with hints of toasted nuts. With a delicate and creamy raspberry mousse, it presents great effervescence with a fine bubble and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Rocim Brut Natura Rosé is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with red grape varieties of Touriga Nacional planted in the Alentejo wine region. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it stayed for 12 months in contact with fine lees prior the second fermentation.

Herdade do Rocim Brut Natura Rosé is a sparkling wine that displays aromas of high-quality wild red fruits, along with notes of toasted bread, yeast and light citrus notes. It is an exceptional rosé sparkling wine, with fine bubbles, aromas of very delicate raspberry mousse and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
