Fita Azul Passion is a very floral rosé sparkling wine, full of aromas of red berries, notes of dried fruits, toasted bread, and fresh yeast. It has a raspberry scent and a very elegant acidity well integrated into the very soft texture of this sparkling rosé.
Winemaking:
Fita Azul Passion is a Portuguese Rosé Sparkling Wine, produced according to the Champenoise method and the batch is composed of indigenous red grapes from the Douro Valley as Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz. The wine is pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel vat and it ages in bottle for 2 years in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Fita Azul Passion is a very elegant rosé sparkling wine, wit a fine bubble, with intense scents of wild red berries and a great acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
