Light pink salmon color with persistent fine bubble. The aroma is elegant and delicate, delicate red fruit, raspberries and wild strawberries. The taste is persistent and very deep with a pleasing complexity.
Winemaking:
The grapes of Alvarelhão, known as having little coloring intensity, are the basis of this Soalheiro Rose Brut Sparkling Wine, very light in color. The Touriga Nacional and Vinhão grape varieties complement the mouth structure giving elegance and persistence. The wort resulting from this selection was fermented at the controlled temperature, obtaining the base wine for sparkling wine. The second fermentation occurred in the bottle. At the end of this stage of fermentation and bottle aging, degorgement was carried out, which allowed the elimination of the existing yeasts in the bottle and the substitution of the provisional metal capsule by the definitive stopper typical of the sparkling wine.

Store and Serve Advices:
