Marquês de Marialva Baga Cuveé is a fine, delicate and subtle rosé sparkling wine. It features a fine bubble and a very soft wild fruit mousse. It displays fresh notes of berry and wild strawberries, hints of yeast and toasted bread together with a tense, fresh core and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Marquês de Marialva Baga Cuveé is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with red grape varieties of Baga planted in the Bairrada wine region. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it stayed for 9 months in contact with fine lees. It's aged in the bottle for 30 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Marquês de Marialva Baga Cuveé is an elegant and fantastic rosé sparkling wine that has a clean and wonderful salmon colour, highlighting aromas of delicate wild red fruits and notes of fresh yeast and toasted bread. It is a fine bubble sparkling wine with delicious raspberry mousse and very soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
